Xuula

Voice typing that works everywhere in Windows

Windows has dictation built in, and it works — until you need it in the app you are actually using, in the language you are actually speaking. Xuula is a system-wide voice typing tool: one hotkey, any text field, and text that is ready to send rather than ready to edit.

F8Hold to talk. Release to insert.

Any text field, no per-app setup

Xuula types into the field that has focus, the same way your keyboard does. That covers desktop applications, browser forms, chat clients, code editors and the Windows search box. There is no plugin to install per application and no browser extension to keep updated.

One hotkey, two habits

Hold F8 while you talk if you dictate in short bursts. Press it once to start and again to stop if you are working through a long document. The key is configurable, and a clear indicator shows whenever the microphone is live.

Text you can send

Dictation that transcribes every “um” is a transcript, not a message. Xuula removes filler words and repeated starts, adds punctuation and capitalisation, and applies grammar fixes before the text reaches the field.
