Projects: conversations that stay findable

Every saved meeting is a conversation: the recording, the final transcript, the translation, your notes, speaker names, word timestamps and the AI insights — one item, not five files. Projects keep related conversations together instead of losing them in a flat history.

An illustration of the conversation library: a sidebar with Inbox and Projects, a saved conversation playing its recording with the current word highlighted, and tabs for the AI insights.

Inbox, Projects, search

New conversations land in the Inbox until you file them. Move any conversation between Projects, rename its title, and search across the library. Existing meeting folders on disk are discovered and imported automatically.

Playback that follows the words

The recording plays inside the conversation view. The spoken word is highlighted as playback advances, and clicking any word seeks the audio to that exact moment — so checking what was actually said takes seconds, not scrubbing.

Each Project teaches the recogniser

A Project can keep its own recognition context and important vocabulary — product names, people, terms. Meetings saved to that Project use them as recognition hints, so recurring jargon stops being misheard.

Insights that stay put

Summary, Key Points, To-do and Speaker Quotes are stored with the conversation. Generate one or all four; reopen them any time. They are drafts produced from the transcript — review them before acting on them.

Where Projects live

Stays on your PC

Projects are stored on your PC, in local files you can back up yourself. Nothing about your meetings — audio, transcripts, notes or insights — is uploaded to Xuula servers in this release. There is no cloud sync and no team sharing; if either arrives later, it will be opt-in and documented before it ships.
