Turn every meeting into notes you can act on
The problem with meeting notes is not writing them, it is that writing them stops you taking part. Xuula keeps the transcript so you can listen, and turns it into a summary, key points and a to-do list when you ask for them.
8,000 words free every week. No credit card.
What does the AI note taker do?
While a meeting runs, Xuula keeps a live speaker-separated transcript and can answer on demand: catch me up, summarise so far, list action items, suggest questions, or answer a question of your own. After the meeting is saved, four tabs — Summary, Key Points, To-do and Speaker Quotes — are generated when you ask and kept with the conversation.
Ask while the meeting is still running
The Meeting Workspace holds the live transcript, the translation and your private notes side by side. Catch Up, Summarize So Far, Action Items and Suggested Questions run against the transcript text on demand — when you press the button, not continuously in the background.
Four kinds of notes after it ends
A saved conversation carries Summary, Key Points, To-do and Speaker Quotes. Generate one tab or all four, and they stay with the conversation afterwards, so rereading last week’s decisions never means paying to generate them again.
Notes that point back at what was said
Every generated note comes from the transcript of that conversation, which is stored beside it along with the audio and word timestamps. When a summary line looks wrong, the sentence it came from is one click away rather than gone.
AI output is a draft, and we say so on the page
Summaries, to-dos and answers can contain mistakes: a misheard name, an action attributed to the wrong person, a decision that was actually a suggestion. They are drafts to review before you rely on them, and no meeting note should be forwarded unread.
Nothing is announced to the other participants
There is no note-taker bot in the participant list, because capture happens on your PC. That also means no one is warned by the tooling — telling the people you are meeting that you are recording remains your responsibility, and it may be a legal one.
AI meeting notes questions
Software that produces a written record of a meeting — a transcript, and usually a summary and a list of actions — without a person typing it. Most of them join the call as a participant; Xuula records the audio on your own PC instead.
No, and deliberately. The transcript is always saved, but a summary, key points, to-dos or quotes are generated when you ask for them, so you are not paying for notes on a meeting you never needed notes for.
Yes. Action Items runs during a meeting, and the saved conversation has a To-do tab. Both are drafts produced from the transcript — check that an action was really assigned before you send it to someone.
The conversation — recording, transcript, translation, notes and generated insights — is stored on your PC. Transcript text is sent to the AI service only when you ask for an insight, and there is no cloud library of your meetings.
It works alongside them. Xuula captures the audio your PC plays, so the meeting application does not matter and there is no integration to enable — but it also cannot read a platform’s own chat, attendee list or calendar.
